Refunds and Returns
We love all of our customers here at Woven Riches and we want you to be over the moon with your purchase. However, If you would like to exchange any clean, unused items in your order, please complete the returns form that was included with your delivery.
If you have lost the returns document, please email us and we will send another one for you to print out.
Exchanges should be shipped back to us at the cost of the customer and Woven Riches are not responsible for any additional shipping costs or insurance liability.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Woven Riches purchase you may return your clean, unused textile item to the address on the returns form (included with your delivery) for a full refund. All returns should be delivered back to us within 14 days of original purchase.
Please note: it is the customers responsibility to make sure all returned items are safely and securely packaged as we cannot provide a refund for items which are not in a new or re-saleable condition.
If you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 days after the date of delivery you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods you wish to return. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us, or the money paid to get the item to you.
Please contact us before you return the item so we can provide a return address and know the expect the item. If your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation and solve the problem.
In the case of a refund, the refund will be given to your original payment method. Sometimes refunds take a number of days to go back into your account, so please leave some days for the refund to reach your account.
